ABOUT THE AUTHOR – Lois is a full-time writer in Connecticut. She holds a B.A. degree from Syracuse University in New York and a Masters of English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Her early poems and poetry reviews are published in fine literary journals and she is the recipient of the Joseph E. Brodine Award presented by The Connecticut Poetry Society. She is the author of three novels.
QUIET BUT DANGEROUS (2002), her first and budding novel portrays a man struggling with alcohol addiction.
THE NEXT TO LAST DRINK (2012) is the fulfilled story of her first novel, about a man in recovery, whose will, courage and faith are tested when he stops using alcohol as a remedy for anxiety.
DEBUT for My Birth Mother (2011) is about the lifelong yearning for wholeness after a child is given up for adoption.
